Begin with a stay at Ben Taylor Home for up to 12 overnight guests. Add your outdoor wedding, welcome gathering, or farewell brunch, and make the house the easy, welcoming center of it all.
The event charge is $50 per event guest. Your home rental is booked separately.

A celebration that starts with a stay for two.
Estimate your home and event charges together. Your wedding will require a day prior to set everything up, a reservation for the day of your wedding, and a day after for vendors to come pick up. The City of Grass Valley exempts your event from permitting requirements when when you book the main house for a private stay and your wedding is a private event not open to the public where tickets to your event are not sold.
The home rental is $900 for two nights and three days for 1–6 guests, plus $100 for each additional guest staying over night for both nights, up to 12. Grass Valley transient tax is calculated at 10% of the home rental, with a $230 cleaning fee and $37.50 house insurance.
The event charge is $50 for each event guest, plus event insurance based on the total event guest count. Vendor services and rentals are separate.
